Make sure to use the right technology
Technology can either boost or hinder productivity, depending on how it is utilized, and consumers need to be aware of this. Technology can be used to boost productivity when the right tools are applied. Select a part of your daily routine where you could use more productivity, and then research whether a tech item is readily accessible to meet that need.
Utilize automation tools
Find the software that automates everything, including contact update lists, email responses, and bill payment. Add as many apps as you can that allow you to automate any manual tasks, including generating lists or delivering gifts.
Effective password management
Biometric authentication is gradually replacing passwords in online transactions. Management of passwords is crucial until the majority of applications offer a seamless, intuitive UX, such as a photo for signing in or voice recognition for payment. Resetting and reissuing passwords is expensive both monetarily and operationally.
Use technology only when absolutely necessary
Identify the places where you typically waste time first. Choose mobile applications or services that directly address those demands after that. Headspace and Evernote are my go-to apps. There is a technical solution for almost every issue you will encounter, but if you use every tool and service available, your productivity will actually suffer.
